Your work is borderline racist. Ukrainians have always been an ethnic group that have networked to survive. The Polish Oppressed them, the Russians oppressed them, they only "won" the right to "govern" themselfs when their work paid off for the CIA. This doesn't mean they were all nazi collaborators.
